1 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use dhakaftp, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. Failure to comply with these conditions gives dhakaftp the right to close your account at any time.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Dhakaftp may place payments on hold pending investigation in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

5 Gameplay Policy

All games on dhakaftp are powered by world-class Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every game outcome is entirely independent and free from bias.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, the result will be determined based on data recorded on dhakaftp's servers.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, all wagers will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game rules or payout structures, dhakaftp's decision is final.
• Playing on multiple devices simultaneously may be restricted in certain cases.

6 Prohibited Activities

If a valid balance exists prior to account closure and no rule violation has been established, that amount will be refunded. However, in cases of fraud or proven rule violations, all balances may be forfeited.
